Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license or within commutable distance from the state.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with luggage.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; ensure accurate ticketing and revenue capture.
