Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong basic math for handling payments.

Shifts are overnight (11pm–7am), totaling 36 hours plus weekly, with eligible benefits. A valid driver's license and good communication skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor and uses guests' last names.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures and handles ticketing and revenue collection.
• Completes all ticket information and key tag records in the valet system accurately.
