Job summary

Gateway Rehabilitation Center in Washington, PA is hiring a Treatment Support Technician for our inpatient program at The Greenbriar Center. You’ll help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

In this overnight role you’ll support clients through programming and activities, monitor safety and daily living needs, assist with intakes and documentation, and serve as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• In recovery yourself? 18+ months in recovery required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
