Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Waynesburg, PA, is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician for the REST program. You’ll support residents overnight, help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment, and serve as a bridge between clients and clinical staff.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and adherence to training, with supervision and ongoing in-service learning. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, overnight attentiveness, a valid driver's license, and clearances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
