Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician to join our inpatient team. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment as residents rest and recover, assisting with daily activities and documentation.

You will supervise overnight programming, monitor safety, and act as a bridge between residents and clinical staff, with training provided. A high school diploma and clearances are required; recovery experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprinting, drug screen, 2-Step TB, CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, lived experience welcomed (18+ months).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Act as liaison between clients and clinical staff
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assist during crises with training and supervision
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism
