Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Washington, PA is seeking a Treatment Support Technician to help maintain a safe, recovery-focused inpatient environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

You will work with residents and the treatment team to provide overnight support, assist with intakes and documentation, and respond to crises under supervision. The role includes training and opportunities to contribute to meaningful care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If youre in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Assist during intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assist during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
