Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Waynesburg, PA is seeking a full-time Treatment Support Technician for the REST Program. You will be part of a structured team providing care and helping residents rest, reset, and heal in a recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities include overnight programming support, monitoring safety and daily needs, and acting as a bridge between residents and clinicians. Training, supervision, and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents during overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.
