Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning operations. The role may involve sleeping during overnight hours but requires readiness to respond to emergencies and assist with morning routines.

Responsibilities include contributing to program goals, following health protocols, and ensuring proper documentation by the end of each shift. A focus on reliability and learning new processes is essential in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols according to agency policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete overnight and morning responsibilities, including documenting checklists by shift end.
