Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, implementing health and medication protocols, assisting with transportation, and maintaining accurate documentation, while promoting health, safety, and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program procedures during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies and regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
