Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will implement health and safety protocols, promote independence, and advocate for community inclusion.

Responsibilities include crisis response, medication protocol support, transportation coordination, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
