Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours. You will assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities while ensuring a safe, healthy environment and advocating for community inclusion.

Responsibilities include crisis response, health protocol implementation, transportation coordination, and precise documentation, with additional hourly differentials possible depending on position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow procedures to respond during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policy and regulations.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
