Job summary

The role requires a valid CA driver's license, SUD certification, and CPR/First Aid; you will handle security, room oversight, crisis intervention, documentation, and on-call coverage while upholding confidentiality and agency policies.

Qualifications

• SUD Certification from a recognized board preferred; Minimum of SUD registration required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
• TB test for substance use disorder program under licensed medical supervision within 45 days of hire or within 5 days of employment; CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security procedures for the facility.
• Oversee residents’ rooms; conduct room searches and ensure room standards are kept.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization to assist clients in symptom management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum requirements for client services.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
