Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360, located in Orange County, seeks an Overnight SUD Supervisor to lead a clinical team within the Be Well program. This role oversees staff, delivers crisis intervention, and ensures adherence to treatment plans and program policies.

The position focuses on bedside supervision, trauma-informed and culturally competent care for adults in residential and withdrawal management settings, aligning with HealthRIGHT 360’s mission.

Qualifications

• Credentials include a California SUD Counselor certification.
• Minimum counseling experience and knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual/group counseling.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client care and coordinate with external agencies.
• Support daily operations and uphold program standards.
