Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. seeks a Residential Support Staff member to supervise the milieu and coordinate social-rehabilitation groups within a behavioral health program.

The role requires a Peer Support Specialist Certification or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Human Services, 3 years of residential experience, CPR within 60 days, and a valid driver license. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification, or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.
• 3 years of experience in residential setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
• CPR Certification within 60 days of official start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program milieu and participants, coordinating safety and daily routines.
• Coordinate and facilitate social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation of client activities.
• Provide transportation and run program-related errands as needed.
• Attend mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings.
