Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor for overnight operations at the Mooresville, NC location. The role supports store management with a focus on opening/closing procedures, customer service excellence, and adherence to CVS policies.

This part-time position (~25 hours/week) offers a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour. Candidates should be flexible for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and possess supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and Operations Supervisor.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints with CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain weekly promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure store presentation.
