Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Matthews, NC CVS Pharmacy location. This part-time role supports store management, ensures daily operations run smoothly, and helps build customer loyalty through strong service.

You must be able to work nights and weekends. The anticipated weekly hours are 29, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, plus benefits. High school diploma is preferred; retail supervision experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and staff.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints while protecting confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain seasonal merchandise.
