Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by evaluating PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures customer service excellence, resolves issues and implements action plans to improve processes and customer experience.
