• Lead and develop teams by coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee store operations including budgeting, merchandising and customer service initiatives.
• Drive sales, monitor profitability and control expenses within the designated store area.
• Implement change initiatives and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
