Job summary

• Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues to ensure a positive store experience.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a culture of integrity and belonging.
