Qualifications

• Prior supervision and training responsibilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by coaching and communicating clear expectations.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• Monitors budgets, forecasts and expenses to align with sales goals.
• Drives actions to reduce shrink and improve profit and performance.
