Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Background checks may apply for firearms-related positions and state-specific requirements may exist.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and giving feedback to associates.
• Oversees store operations, inventory flow and merchandising to drive sales.
• Delivers exceptional customer service following the One Best Way model.
• Monitors PL/ budgeting, controls expenses, and drives store profitability.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders and promotes a culture of belonging.
