Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures merchandise and inventory flow align with sales goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, sets expectations, and promotes a belonging mindset.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
