Walmart seeks a strategic leader in Quinlan, TX to drive store performance and develop teams across operations, merchandising and customer service. You will hire, train, mentor and set clear expectations, while promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete all job trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Maintains customer service standards and resolves customer needs, complaints and issues with action plans for improvement.
• Manages inventory flow, merchandising, seasonal transitions and shrink control to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes a culture of belonging.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
