Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader in Dallas to coach and develop teams, drive store performance, and enhance the customer experience. You will hire, train, and mentor associates, communicate expectations, and apply company standards to everyday operations.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, merchandise presentation, shrink reduction, and action plans to fix deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way service model.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates and set clear expectations.
• Develop action plans to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure effective merchandising, inventory flow and operations.
• Promote a culture of belonging and respect for all associates.
