Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Coordinate merchandise presentation and seasonal transitions.
• Support Open Door policy and uphold ethics and integrity.
