Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and setting clear expectations.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and forecasting.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved with high-quality service.
