Job summary

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling OBW and resolving issues with a focus on belonging and integrity.
