Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and giving feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by reviewing profit/loss, budgets, and expenses; ensures effective merchandising and operations.
• Supervises hourly associates, sets expectations, recognizes performance, and promotes belonging.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives continuous improvement.
