Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads store team members across front-end and pharmacy operations to achieve company deliverables.
• Partners with Store Manager to determine staffing, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Analyzes store performance data, drives improvements, and ensures policy compliance and store profitability.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Supports community outreach and external partnerships as needed.
