Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and feedback to associates and coordinating store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and trains associates to deliver the Walmart One Best Way service model.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to support plans and community initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
