Meijer Inc. is seeking an Overnight Stocking Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and drive engagement, coaching, and performance across the span of care. You will oversee staffing, scheduling and financial results while upholding Meijer’s standards and culture.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and cultivating talent pipelines for leadership roles. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 4+ years in retail or customer service is preferred, with strong communication

• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development.
• Identifies talent and supports staffing and leadership succession planning.
• Oversees area operations and financial results, including budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• Drives safety, store condition, and compliance procedures.
• Directs Leads and Team Leaders; assigns daily tasks and training needs.
