Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

• Oversees area operations and financial results, budgeting, and productivity to maximize sales.
• Drives safety and compliance and manages store conditions and procedures.
