Job summary

Meijer is seeking an Overnight Stocking Department Manager for the Eastgate North Drive Cincinnati, OH location. You will lead a team, drive engagement, coaching and development while managing area operations and budget items to maximize sales and productivity.

You’ll engage in talent discussions, ensure onboarding and training, and maintain safety and compliance across the store, shaping a high-performance, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze financial and statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight stocking operations and financial results.
• Lead Leads and Team Leaders; manage staffing plans and performance.
• Ensure onboarding, training, coaching and feedback for team members.
• Direct compliance with store policies, safety and operations standards.
