Job summary

You will monitor sales, shrink, and safety, while mentoring staff and modeling Meijer’s customer-first culture. Prior experience in retail management is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading store teams and coordinating staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
