Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Work with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Respond to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the shift.
• Assist in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment that supports high morale.
• Complete inventory management processes, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Track productivity of the stocking crew using a case count tracker.
• Open and close department according to procedures.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and direct Team Members accordingly.
• Mentor and coach Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
