Competenze

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door, etc.).
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, touring stores, and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations.
