Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues, implementing actions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
