Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC/Training requirements for applicable roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service excellence and adherence to the One Best Way service model.
