Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in a retail, store, or similar environment.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (preferred).

• Drives store sales and profitability by managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls, while ensuring effective merchandising and customer service.
