Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and open-door policy execution.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; builds belonging.
• Partners with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives continuous improvement.
