Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and ensures a sense of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and drives customer service initiatives according to OBW.
