• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Oversees store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Reviews PL/sales, budgets, forecasts, and controls expenses for the store area.
• Drives inventory flow, shrink mitigation, and store profitability.
• Supports hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
