Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the store area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring and setting clear expectations.
