Job summary

New Narrative is seeking an Overnight Coverage Specialist to support real-time staffing across Residential Programs in the Portland area. You will maintain scheduled availability, respond to live staffing requests, and assist staff with policies, documentation, and resource guidance while ensuring resident safety and service continuity.

The role requires CPR readiness, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work an overnight schedule (11:00pm–7:00am) across multiple programs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• QMHA credentials preferred.
• Active Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time staffing needs across Licensed Residential programs and report to assigned sites following activation.
• Maintain scheduled availability and reliable transportation to support coverage needs during designated shifts.
• Provide direct participant support consistent with Residential Support Specialist expectations and program requirements.
• Interact with On-Call staff to provide guidance on policies, procedures, documentation, escalation, and resources.
