Job summary

New Narrative is seeking a Coverage Specialist to provide real-time staffing support across Residential Programs and to respond to last-minute coverage needs. This direct service role includes ensuring participant support and program operations during assigned shifts.

Requirements include 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification preferred, and QMHA credentials preferred. Schedule: Sat-Wed, 3:00pm–11:00pm; travel between programs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• QMHA credential preferred.
• Active Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time staffing needs across Licensed Residential programs and report to assigned sites following activation.
• Maintain scheduled availability and reliable transportation to support coverage needs during designated shifts.
• Provide direct participant support consistent with Residential Support Specialist expectations and program requirements.
• Support On-Call Residential Support Specialists and staff with policies, procedures, documentation, and escalation protocols.
