The position requires 18+ years of age, ability to administer CPR and Naloxone, and comfort with overnight shifts across multiple sites. CPR/ QMHA credentials are preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and capable of implementing emergency procedures and disaster plan.
• Must be able to administer CPR and Naloxone (Narcan).
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with residents to support movement toward goals and transition planning.
• Centers resident experiences including maximum level of autonomy and personal rights.
• Supports residents in navigating distress and conflict.
• Adheres to medication management protocol.
• Ensures documentation is complete in resident charts at end of each shift.
