Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking an Overnight Van Driver to safely shuttle guests to and from destinations, assist with luggage, and promote hotel services. The role requires a valid driver's license, a friendly, service-oriented approach, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Normally based at the Charlotte property, you will conduct vehicle inspections, log mileage, and coordinate with shifts to ensure seamless guest experiences while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel experience or retail customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shuttle service to guests and assist with luggage.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for shuttle service.
• Operate vehicle safely and in compliance with laws and airport rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
• Promote Sonesta services and local attractions to guests.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed and support team communication.
