Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Van Driver/Shuttle associate to transport guests and support hotel operations in Charlotte, NC. The role requires a clean driving record, valid license, and professional guest service as you assist front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include transporting guests, helping with luggage, providing directions, and reporting safety or maintenance issues. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate hotel vehicles, vans, limousines, or automobiles as required.
• Knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, area events, and guest transportation needs preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, associates, and hotel leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, hotel, and other assigned destinations while following all traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and shuttle doors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide guests with directions, local information, hotel details, and general assistance as needed.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service needs with hospitality, urgency, and professionalism.
• Communicate guest feedback, issues, or complaints to management to support timely resolution and outstanding guest service.
• Refuel, inspect, clean, and help maintain the hotel vehicle daily, including reporting mechanical concerns or safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, shuttle area, and public areas during downtime, including removing trash and recycling as needed.
• Report lost and found items, suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns to management promptly.
• Support the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Complete special assignments and projects as requested by hotel leadership.
• Perform all duties in accordance with standard operating procedures and in a safe, accident-free manner.
