Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Hackensack to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service. The role includes supervising a team, coordinating with the chef leadership, and managing orders and stock to maintain efficiency.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and cost controls while supporting training and development of staff. Overnight shifts include a $2 premium; the pay rate starts at $21 per hour with possible overtime and part-time options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure guests receive high-quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
