Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Proctor, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant for overnight shifts. You will provide toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding assistance, mobility support, and dementia care as part of a compassionate care team.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time and block shifts), PTO, health insurance for full-time, a 401(k) plan, and CNA certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study.
• Ability to provide a supportive and dignified environment for aging residents.
• 18+ years old; under 18 possible only with CNA license per regulations.

What You Bring
